Hi! 👋🏻 My name is Kristine Risberg. I work as a functional consultant at CRMK in Sweden, focusing on Dynamics 365 Contact Center and Customer Service, and their adjacent services in Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure.

I’m also an MVP in Business Applications – Customer Service.

I don’t have a data science background. I don’t speak code and can’t tell you the first thing about migrating data or building integrations. I started my Dynamics and Power Platform journey in late 2021 as a novice end user, and joined the partner side in 2024. In those years, I became self taught (for better or worse) in the narrow field of Omnichannel for Customer Service and when that field is now evolving faster than you can blink, sometimes the best way to learn is to just jump in headfirst.

I have a relentless curiosity, a willingness to dive in and an eagerness to keep learning. 🤓 This blog is my way of sharing the ups, the downs, and everything I’ve tried and learned in between. I’ve gained so much knowledge and support from the community that’s so generous with its knowledge, and now it’s my turn to give back with hope of being someone else’s help or inspiration. 🪄
