My name is Kristine Risberg and I’m an application consultant and project manager working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, with a special focus on D365 Contact Center and Omnichannel for D365 Customer Service.

And, full disclosure: I’m not a computer science whiz. 🪄 I don’t speak code, I can’t tell you the first thing about migrating data or building integrations. But what I do know, as that I have a relentless curiosity, a willingness to dive in and an eagerness to keep learning. I’m self taught in a narrow field (for better or worse) and when that field is evolving faster than you can blink, sometimes the best way to learn is to just jump in headfirst.

This blog is my way of sharing the ups, the downs, and everything I’ve tried and learned in between. I’ve gained so much knowledge and support from the community that’s so generous with its knowledge, and now it’s my turn to give back with hope of being someone else’s help or inspiration.
